Customer eligibility
Orders can be taken worldwide p&p will vary. Prices are supplied when purchasing online. Once the product is dispatched then a contract of sale will exist.
Security
When you register with DogEase a password will be issued. If you don’t have the password simply send us an email to lisa@dogeaseuk.com to obtain it.
Price and Payment
Trade prices are plus VAT at 20%.
Our VAT number is 195698339.
Our prices are plus p&p. Choose first or second-class. Signature required on delivery.
Payment is via a secure payment gateway.
Delivery
Orders are fulfilled Mon-Fri 10-4. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of these times. We will keep you informed by e-mail if there is a delay in dispatching your products beyond 2 working days. We are not responsible for the replacement of goods lost in delivery.
Returns and Refunds
You can return an item to us within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund dependent on;
- The item must have been purchased from the DogEase online web store.
- The item must be in the original undamaged packaging and be unused ready for re-sale.
- Only one return per order will be facilitated due to the wrong size being ordered.
- All items must be returned to be considered for refund.
- You’ll be responsible for the costs incurred in delivering the item back to us and re-posting unless there was a fault.
Should an item be damaged or faulty, or we have made an error we will replace it or give you a full refund including postage.
To return a product please e-mail us first at lisa@dogeaseuk.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Uneven edges on some suits.
To enable DogEase to have total stretch capabilities the edges have not been hemmed and therefore some may have irregular edges due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Liability
If either party fails to comply with the Contract, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses, which are a foreseeable consequence of the failure to comply with the Contract.
Neither party shall be responsible for losses that result from our failure to comply with the Contract including, but not limited to, losses that fall into the following categories: loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; or any waste of time.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for anything caused by us that would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to supply a product, or a delay in supplying it caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
